Once again, you can easily help out AZ LPA…

IF YOU ALREADY SIGNED UP LAST YEAR YOU MUST RENEW THIS YEAR…

1.  Go to escrip.com and click “Yes! Renew” near the Safeway logo – OR –
2.  If you receive an Escrip catalogue in the mail…  An easy way to renew for the upcoming year is to tear out the third to last page, put your name on it and drop it in the mail (postage is paid!)

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE PROGRAM…

1.  Go to escrip.com
2.  Click “Sign-Up” (don’t worry – if you are already supporting another organization,  eScript allows you to support up to 3 groups)!!!
3.  Click “Group ID” and input “150239743” our AZ LPA number
4.  Click on “Valley of the Sun LPA”
5.  Click “NEXT” at bottom
6.  Fill in the “red” blanks(name & address)
7.  Click “NEXT”
8.  Click “SAFEWAY” and enter your Safeway Card number Click in your credit card and debit/ATM card numbers,  and follow the instructions.  (It takes about 4 minutes)!!!

REMEMBER – THIS IS AT NO COST TO SHOPPERS OR AZ LPA!!!

Keep in mind that ANYONE can use this program….friends, family, anyone. So email, snail mail or telephone everyone you know and ask them to help out AZ LPA… Remember – LPA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that depends entirely on contributions to serve people with dwarfism and their families.
