- Mission StatementAZ LPA MISSION STATEMENT (3-FOLD) Members to provide an all inclusive community supporting little people regardless of age, or relation of members to the little person. Officers to appoint and manage an event coordination team to consist of 1 chairperson and no less than 3 volunteers to organize age appropriate events throughout the year. Chapter to hold a minimum of 1 event per year for each subgroup (Parents, Kids, Tween/Teen, Young Adult, Adult/Seniors, Mentor/Mentee, Hispanic).
- MembershipMEMBERSHIP Little People of America, (LPA), is a nonprofit organization which provides information and support to people of short stature and their families. Join Today !!! As of January 1, 2010 dues are $55 per household per year. Lifetime membership is $750. Senior memberships (age 65+) are $20. International Members and full-time college or vocational students are $35. Membership entitles you to participate in all LPA events. You will also receive LPA Today, the official newsletter of Little People of America. To join LPA, you must be a little person (usually but not always defined as an adult height of 4’10″ or under as the result of a medical or genetic condition), a family member, or demonstrate a well-founded interest in issues relating to dwarfism.
